Celtic spirituality is the indigenous spirituality of Ireland. It is a gentle, nature based way of being that invites us to be our authentic selves and to live from our heart.

On this retreat, experience the depth and profoundly simple inspiration of Celtic Spirituality through Irish blessings, songs, poems, stories, chants, music, meditations, rituals, visits to sacred sites, connection with locals, gentle candlelit evening yoga sessions inspired by Celtic wisdom, and free time to wander.

In addition to daily explorations into Celtic spirituality and visits to sacred sites, on this retreat, we will have three evenings in Doolin, a quaint village that is one of the most beloved traditional Irish music and cultural capitals of Ireland. Each night traditional Irish music sessions abound. We have also made arrangements with one of Ireland’s most beloved storytellers and writers Eddie Lenihan to share an evening of Irish folk and fairy lore with our group.
