Day One Sunday 20 August 2017 Meet in Shannon Airport, County Clare or guesthouse / hotel in the local area at 9.30pm. We will have an opening Celtic Gathering beginning your introduction to Celtic Spirituality through Celtic poetry, music song and Blessings and Celtic Chant in our native tongue - Gaeilge (Irish). I will also share details of our time together. Following lunch we will travel in our private vehicle in to County Limerick and to our Hotel to check in and take a short break, before journeying a short distance to an ancient stone circle - the largest in Ireland. Here we will participate in a simple Celtic Ritual. Begin to connect with the Land of Eire and to have a feel for our ancient landscape. Receive a Blessing for this Sacred Journey at a nearby Holy Well. Evening meal together at the hotel.
Day Two Monday 21 August 2017 A morning gathering to further unfold the natural gems of the Celtic Tradition, hearing about the importance of journeying in the Celtic Tradition and learning about and experiencing Celtic Spirituality through blessings, prayers, poetry, music, song and Celtic Chant. Our gatherings are ways to draw you deeper into our ancient, yet very much alive, Celtic Spirituality. Travel into County Clare through the Burren taking the time to stop at an ancient Celtic Monastery where you will also have the opportunity to see one of the Ancient symbols of the feminine – the Sheela-na-gig. We stop for lunch in a beautiful setting right in the heart of the Burren, County Clare. Before we leave the Burren we travel up a quiet boreen to a Sacred Well receiving another Water Blessing, touching deeper into the Land of Ireland. Overnight at a guest house on the edge of the Burren.

Day Three Tuesday 22 August 2017 A little time for guided Celtic Retreat this morning, where you will have the support of some questions to assist you to turn inwards in reflection support by the Celtic Spirit.
Our Celtic Gathering continues to call your spirit further into the soul of our ancient Wisdom Tradition as we take time right at the sea shore. A break for lunch. In the afternoon we travel into County Galway, and out into Connemara where a ferry will bring us to one of our Western Islands - the Aran Islands, the Island we are going to is Inis Mor. (The ferry will take approximately 50 minutes.) Settling-in time at our welcoming family run guesthouse followed by dinner together. Our Guesthouse sits at the foot of Dun Aonghasa (A World Heritage Site).
Day Four Wednesday 23 August 2017 Here we are on this wild and beautiful Gaeilge (Irish) speaking Island of the west coast of Ireland, and our morning Celtic gathering will reflect this as you continue to deepen your understanding and feel for Celtic Spirituality. I share with you how the very nature of Celtic Spirituality offers a guiding hand to turn gently within. Hear about the naturalness of the Celtic World, We bring our hearts towards the Celtic Practices. Discover and experience some of these simple, yet powerful Celtic Practices and hear how you can bring them into your daily life to nurture, support and inspire...... Experience on this Celtic Journey and Retreat all that can be woven into your life with ease and naturalness.
More of it’s sacred treasures await us this afternoon when we will meet a Celtic Monk living on Inis Mor since 1985. He has a deep connection to the Island and he will bring us to some of the sacred sites of Inis Mor, sharing with us the stories of these sacred places.. We will first have a tour of the island and later in the day at one these Sacred Sites we will be guided in a traditional Celtic Ritual. Dinner as you please in the restaurant or one of the pubs in the main village on the Island, followed by traditional Irish music in the pub if you wish.
Day Five Thursday 24 August 2017 At our morning Celtic Gathering be introduced to Brigid - our beloved ancient Goddess and Celtic Saint. Begin to have a sense of the importance of Brigid in the heart and soul of Ireland. Hear some of the myriad of stories, poems and Chants about Brigid and the special place She holds in this land. Be part of a Brigid Ritual that is heart warming and heart easing.
Afternoon of Celtic Retreat and reflection to have the time and space to begin to absorb the experiences of this Celtic Journey, to turn inwards and reflect in a Celtic way upon this time of being on a sacred journey in Ireland. This island offers peace and an expansiveness to journey deep within and as we are about an inner journey as well as an external journey this island offers the encouragement. This is a time for solitude, time for taking a breath and being with what this time in Ireland has been offering you...there is a beautiful beach nearby, sit in the garden, journal... on this sacred island of wild beauty. Celebration dinner together at our guest house.
Day Six Friday 25 August 2017 At our morning Celtic Gathering we will weave together
all the strands of this Celtic Journey in a closing ritual and begin the harvesting of
the treasures including a Celtic Light Ritual, making ready for the path onwards.
We take the Ferry back to the mainland at 12 midday arriving back on the mainland
by 1pm and I will bring you to Shannon International Airport or to a Guesthouse in
the Bunratty area, arriving there at approximately 3pm.There will be a refreshment
break on the way.

Cost for the Six Day Small Group Celtic Journey & Retreat
The cost of this Six Day Celtic Journey is 1650Euro per person. (1783US$ as of December 12 2016)
This includes all accommodations, all breakfasts, and three evening meals, ground transportation, guides, and pilgrimage activities. (If you wish a room on your own a single supplement applies).
The price does not include airfare, and you will make your own flight arrangements. Travel insurance is advised. The itinerary may vary in order to provide the most worthwhile experience under the circumstances prevailing at the time.
